Poolia Ekonomi AB Presentation We are currently looking for a Business Process Coordinator for a full-time consulting assignment with one of our clients. The duration of the assignment is set June to December 2010. You will be stationed at our client's offices in the city centre. Arbetsuppgifter The purpose of the Business Process Coordinator is to ensure that costs are in level with agreements and/or provide the customer with explanation of why deviations occurred. On-going business reviews shall provide the customer with pro-active decision support so that the business can develop and manage on decided targets in accordance to their business plan. Your recurring tasks will be: - quality assurance of accruals and need for accruals - deliver a guesstimate to Management Reporting - provide management team with insight and guidance on performance - provide decision support to the management team in support of the business strategy and objectives. - responsible for the financial target and forecast process, i.e. target setting, updates and follow-up - responsible for investment- and Venture follow-up - monitor, analyze and understand ongoing business performance and forecast of depreciations. You will also be required participation in: - building internal networks and establish relationships Finance Client Team meeting - business plan meetings - management team meetings - it-controller forum. Utbildning/erfarenhet You have a degree in economics or equivalent, as well as strong knowledge of financial planning, accounting and reporting. The job requires excellent ability to communicate in English and Swedish. You have a genuine interest for IT-systems and you are a skilled user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. In order to succeed and enjoy working in the role, we think you need to have excellent analytical and problem solving skills. You like taking on new tasks and can easily adapt to new requirements and develop new processes. Furthermore you have strong relationship skills and are change driven and improvement oriented.
