THE POSITION
The role as Business Process Developer is to plan, organize, and manage overall operations to ensure the stable process and development of the ERP system throughout the Roxtec Group. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting and optimizing functional areas.

As Business Process Developer, you are responsible for the business process development, which includes project management, work with development, support, implementation and upgrading of the system within the Roxtec Group, both in Sweden and internationally.
You will also schedule or take direct actions to solve problems in the system in a timely and accurate fashion.

We believe that you have a background from a manufacturing company and that you are well experienced in an ERP system, especially within manufacturing, cost calculation and replenishment processes. Furthermore, you are experienced in working in projects and in an international environment. As a person you have a strong drive and excellent communication skills. It is also important that you are planned and organized with an ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. To fit into the organization you need to be customer focused and have a humble attitude.

At Roxtec, you will be part of a team of six persons. You will report to the Global Logistics Manager.
The post of employment is at the headquarters in Karlskrona and business travel is included in the role.

You must manage spoken as well as written English. Other languages are considered as an asset as well as experience from the ERP system IFS.
