Business Process Developer

As a Business Process Developer, which belongs to the team of Internal Control&Compliance within CEVT Finance, you will serve as big part of SAP supporting and internal control function. Work tasks include to conduct SAP work related to superuser and part of both entity level and process level control, spread awareness and knowledge on Internal Control&Compliance to increase competence of the function team throughout the organization, inspire control and compliance into the daily operations and establish the frameworks, regulations and business processes necessary.
You will be part of a highly dedicated and competent team that is responsible for managing both finance operation functions and internal control&compliance.
The position is based in Gothenburg and you will report to the Head of Internal Control&Compliance.

You enjoy working cross-organizationally and functionally and solving issues related to SAP supporting and internal control&compliance. To succeed in this role you have some experience of SAP support and internal control&compliance.
Your main responsibility in this role:
* Responsible for SAP support as superuser, handling VIM, CATS support
* Responsible for assigned Entity Level Controls, based on COSO Internal Control framework
* Assist in business process development and continuous optimization
* Assist in reviewing the implementation status of the controls designed by the business processes
* Assist in driving remediation plan for the deficiencies identified
* Spread awareness and knowledge of the Internal Control&Compliance in the organization

Key attributes of our next colleague
* Finance education background
* 3-5 years working experience of SAP, familiar with VIM, CATs, etc.
* Experience of business processes development and optimization
* Open-minded, positive attitude and full commitment to responsibilities
* Experience of Internal Control&Compliance or Risk Management is preferred.
