We are recruiting an Business Process Developer to further develop and leverage our global sales and service operations by defining and implementing best practices on our supporting platforms.

This is a role with great variation and many contact areas which makes it a good platform to develop from. You are responsible for running and coordinating activities to develop our CRM and Service Management platforms, to increase efficiency and guide our business into the future. Acting as a link between the users, product managers and the developers at the IT Department you are coordinating and prioritizing the work, as well as supporting the users by answering questions, educating, and managing specifications and instructions.

Your job will include:

- Review and improve methods, tools and processes
- Capture and and develop new ideas and apply them in a way that adds value to the business
- Share best practices within our internal network
- Support colleagues to increase their capabilities to deliver


Your profile

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education or someone who has gained similar experience from work with sales and service process support. Experience in Dynamics365, other CRM or Service Management is beneficial. To succeed in this role, you need good knowledge in English, both verbal and written.

We highly value your personal qualities. You are innovative, take ownership and work independently towards set goals. Initiating improvements and development is natural to you. You have an understanding how information flows in the system. You are a good team player with curious and outgoing nature that makes it easy for you to make new contacts and build networks.
