Volvo Penta designs, builds and delivers complex power solutions to OEM customers around the world.
Global Supply Chain Management is the central organization responsible for the planning, ordering and distribution of Volvo Penta Engines, Drive Components and Accessories. Global Supply Chain is also responsible for inventory management of all finished products globally, the complete Sales & Operations Planning process and Process Management.
Process Management & Supply Chain Development is a Global Function within Penta Supply Chain. We are responsible for Process Development and Process Management connected to Order Management, Plan & Supply, Inventory Operations and Distribution & Customs. We also are responsible for Penta Packaging Development.
We are now looking for an energetic and passionate Business Process Developer to join and contribute to our team !
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
The overall purpose of this role is to secure that Volvo Penta Planning Processes is running as smooth as possible, both in terms of current but also for future business prerequisites. Volvo Penta is on a transformation journey towards electromobility and sustainable power solutions. To succeed in this mission, we believe that you have a background working within the Sales & Operations Planning and Execution area. It will also be a big advantage if you have competence within Oracle E1 ( our ERP system) as well as Kinaxis Rapid Response (our Planning System).

Drive and Support Business Process Development within the different Processes & IT Applications.
Project Manager, Internal Improvement Projects
Representing Supply Chain Processes in various product projects as well as IT-project's
Participate in acceptance tests.
Identify training needs & also plan for and secure that training is executed for relevant stakeholders.
Support the Process Manager with :
Prioritizations of development
Input to Roadmap for concerned processes.
Process Design
Process Implementation & Change Management
Support global alignment of implemented processes.
Developing Key Users
Managing Key User Forums
Managing cases & escalations from Key User Network
Desirable Experience, Qualifications & Profile :
Appropriate Academic Qualifications
3 Years + experience within S&OP and S&OE Area
Knowledge in Project management
Eager to work with Continuous Improvements
Excellent collaboration skills
Analytical Mindset and capabilities
Process Oriented
Strong Drive
Initiative taker & finisher
IT Applications used for this role
Oracle JDE E1
Kinaxis, Rapid Response
