Business Process Developer to ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions, Scandinavia

We are now recruiting a Business Process Developer who will combine technical knowledge with people, process and organizational skills to deliver improvements during all the stages within our business, like product portfolio process, sales process and order to delivery process.
Your Role
Here you get the opportunity to develop and implement strategies for further improvement of our overall processes within Assa Abloy Opening Solutions Scandinavia. You will report directly to Quality Manager Scandinavia and you will be part of Management team for Quality.
Develop model for process management and drive implementation in tight cooperation with process owners and process leadersEstablish, drive and develop process council for governance of processes and related Integrated Management SystemTrain and educate process owners and process leaders within Process management and Management system related topicsPerform and/or make sure that process assessments and internal audits are performedResponsible for preparing and performing external auditsResponsible as Lead Internal auditor to drive internal audit programAct as senior project manager for strategic improvement projectsActively contribute in Scandinavian Management team for Quality to drive and implement strategiesAct according to and spread Group values: Empowerment, Innovation & Integrity
Who are you?
We are looking for a solution-oriented and positive driver with a leadership style that engages and motivates employees and you enjoy working at high speed with varying tasks. You are results-oriented, structured and you have the ability to independently drive your work and make the right priorities. You are clear in your communication and easy to collaborate with and natural when it comes to creating good relationships.
You have experience of Process management and Lean. Some years of work experience within Process management & QualityProject Manger & Leadership experienceLean management skillsISO9001: 2015 knowledge and especially as auditorVery good knowledge in Swedish and English, both in speech and in writing
Possible locations are Eskilstuna, Mölnlycke or Stockholm.
