The position
The role of the Business Process Developer is to plan, organize, and manage overall operations to ensure a stable process and development of the ERP (enterprise resource planning) system throughout the Roxtec Group. This includes supporting, maintaining, developing and optimizing functional areas.
As Business Process Developer, you are part of a team which implements and upgrades the ERP system within the Roxtec Group, both in Sweden and internationally. The team also works with support and development.
You will also schedule or take direct actions to solve problems in the system in a timely and accurate fashion.
The focus area for the whole team is supply chain processes, customer order, procurement, inventory management, manufacturing and physical stock handling as well as customer quotations. The responsibilities will be split on the positions and may be combined depending on the experience of the Business Process Developers.
Qualifications
• University degree in supply chain or equivalent
• Background from a global manufacturing company
• Experience of an ERP system and especially from supply chain processes
• Experience from working in projects in an international environment
• Spoken as well as written English
• Experience from the ERP system IFS is considered an asset

It is also important that you are flexible and well organized with an ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment. At Roxtec, you will be part of a cross-functional team of in total nine persons. You report to the Global Logistics Manager.
The employment is at the headquarters in Karlskrona and international business travel is included in the role.
