About this opportunity
As an expert in Business Process Management your role would be to develop and maintain business processes and act as an expert and sparring partner for process owners, managers, and employees.
You will define the BPM landscape in KYC Services together with Operational Process Managers. You will be a key hands-on contributor to the initiative of mapping the AS-IS and design the TO-BE Business Process Management set-up.

What you’ll be doing:
* First and foremost, your role will be to support the Operational Process Managers This will include, but is not limited to, ensuring the BPM framework is implemented, mandatory requirements are in place and adhered to, proactively identify gaps and plan and run closure activities with the Process Managers
* Responsible for ensuring complete and correct process documentation
* You will work close with your peers and specialists within KYC Services and across relevant lines and other stakeholders to align E2E
* Drive coordination within and between process initiatives to secure alignment and reusability of processes
* The Process Manager is responsible for the development of the process, driving improvements initiatives to secure process efficiency and the holistic end-to-end knowledge of the process. Scope, plan, support and facilitate business process and implement continuous improvements of business processes within your area
* Support and drive the continuous development and maintenance of the business process management framework to secure that structures, models, guidelines, and templates live up to the need in the organisation and secures an efficient business process management
* Supports the Process Owner with the overall process performance, and secure and monitor set targets to meet the strategic objectives
* Ensure stakeholder interactions regarding process development, and executes on all responsibilities with close cooperation with Team Leader and Process Specialist

The role can be based in Copenhagen; Helsinki; Oslo; Stockholm; Tallinn; Łódź.

Your experience and background:
* Have hands-on knowledge and experience about Business Process Management
* Experience working in a setting involving multiple markets and business areas
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships with people at all levels
* Experience within operations or similar service area
* Excellent oral and written English communication skills
* Relevant university degree
