WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Business process manager at our Stockholm office your main contribution will be to take charge of the end-to-end production order management process for both fixed- and repeat orders. You will challenge existing workflows and ensure alignment with long-term business goals. You will report to Production director RTW, quality & business analytics.
You will play a vital role in this by:
Review, analyse and map out the current order process, identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement
Establish clear definitions, standards and decision forums for the order process, especially focusing on the repeat order process to drive maximum performance of high performing styles
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate process improvements, and automate process steps where possible
Shared responsibility of the order placement process in the internal ERP system D365 together with Production controllers
Support the Production teams with insights and facilitate an efficient and accurate in-season order amendment process
Monitor and coordinate data entry in the internal PLM system to facilitate order-related processes
Establish effective calendar management to visualize key processes and their interdependences
Ensure balanced and pro-active communication and good collaboration with related departments

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
Academic degree, from business school and/or textile education
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience within production, preferably within the fashion industry
Highly proficient in MS Office applications
Advanced communication skills in written and spoken English
