Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Business Process Manager Designer who is experienced in business, systems and governance process analysis, modelling, and workshop facilitation.
You’ll be responsible for securing excellent project delivery regarding objectives, on schedule, within budget and to the relevant level of quality. This includes:
What you'll do:
● Provide our customers with effective an efficient means to do and manage their card payments.
● Introduce a common card management solution and transform into one common operating model.
● Contribute with your experience in analysis, design and implementation of business processes, systems processes, and governance.
● Actively contribute to discussions related to best practices and propose setups and solutions to unforeseen issues.
● Participate and lead where needed related to defined workstreams/areas of responsibility, in the testing and validation of the business requirement implementation.
Who you are:
● Candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience within the area of BPM.
● Have experience in business, systems and governance process analysis, modelling and workshop facilitation.
● Experience in identifying, translating and securing detailed business requirements into IT deliverables including implementation and maintenance.
● Excellent communication, people, and stakeholder management skills.
● Experience in validation of business requirements fulfilment in IT solutions (such as User Acceptance Testing).
