About the role
As a Business Process Manager at Product & IB Management (GTT - Complete Vehicle) you will be responsible to lead process/tools improvements in CV Sweden level. In order to support our End Customer needs, you shall ensure that our processes’ performance are in line with the department’s strategic objectives. In this position you will be part of the Product and IB Management team.
Main activities in the area:
Secure end-to-end process efficiency through integration of connecting processes, methods & tools.
Drive the needed changes in IT tools and/or processes in order to improve the way of working in CV/GTT.
Include, as much as possible, other CV sites inputs aligning the way of working globally.
Secure maintenance & improvement of processes & system solutions.
Responsible for the related process content, roadmap and plan.
Secure the process supports the business strategy and complies with customer/receiver needs, Volvo Group policies & directives.
Follow-up process performance through measurement indicators and take needed actions whenever needed
Represent CV department in the relevant IT Solution initiatives
What we are looking for
We are looking for you who are known for your perseverance in driving change with a proactive and positive attitude. You have good communication skills, a strategic and holistic mindset, with managerial courage, and instills trust. You have years of experience from leading people, vehicles development and have a good product know-how. You will be an important member of Product and IB Management Team.
Qualifications:
Mechanical/Electrical engineering; higher education is a merit
Fluent in English
At least 10 years of working experience from the automotive industry
Passion for and knowledge about trucks and customer usage
Experience from HD Platform development and/or testing with focus on meeting Customer requirements
Solid track record of delivering results
A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in Process management
Experience in Business/IT interface in the development of system/tools.
Project management skills
Experience from development of Complete Vehicle Verification & Validation plan and leading engineering and/or testing functions through Industrialization phase is a merit
