Alfa Laval is currently on a Digital transformation journey. As part of this transformation, we are looking for Business Process Managers within the solution area Warehouse management system (WMS) to join our Distribution and Sourcing domain. This includes the responsibility to implement a new wms system at our global Distribution Centers.
About the job
As a Business Process Manager, you will have an important role in defining the future WMS solution for Parts Distribution & Logistics. Your main task will be to identify and create best in class warehouse management processes and implement these in our new WMS solution. You will be working closely together with the distribution centers, other process managers as well as IT resources both within Alfa Laval as well as with our WMS supplier.
You will be part of a highly motivated team of Process Managers delivering value via the SAFe (Scaled Agile) delivery framework.
What you know
We see that you have experience from working in a warehouse environment or with warehouse systems. With this experience you have an understanding of how an WMS system and its surrounding systems supports the warehouse processes and performance.
You need to be fluent in spoken and written English.
It is an advantage if you have degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or equivalent.

Practicalities
The role is based in Lund, Sweden, reporting to the WMS Product Owner – Distribution and Sourcing.
