Position objective:
Business process specialist will work cross-functionally to align teams and steer projects. The position sits across departments to seize new opportunities and reduce costs, set goals and parameters, help execute initiatives and improve processes — helping the organization run efficiently and effectively.
Essential skills for your mission:
- 5+ years of experience with demonstrated results and comprehensive knowledge of QSR business
- Professional command over MS Excel and Power BI
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive change in a complex environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – ability to build relationships and influence without authority
- Strong organization and project management skills including creating and managing a project plan
- Executed and driven projects to completion in a timely manner and worked collaboratively with cross functional partners across the enterprise
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organization levels, where flexibility, collaboration and adaptability are required
- Led/Co-led process improvement/business initiatives with minimal supervision and guidance
Once you are here you will:
- Implement business strategies to develop and improve the biz-ops functions and systems
- Standardize business processes and reporting, e.g., P&L, weekly reports etc
- Analyse P&L to identify cost reduction and profit maximizing opportunities and help ops teams to accomplish the targets
- Implementing best business practices across BK Scandinavia and improve organization's overall productivity
- Close coordination with country managers and provide support for business optimization
- Implementing digital systems to create ease of work for store and ops managers
- Collaborate with Ops, IT, finance, and other support departments within business to ensure all teams are aligned and follow the same direction to achieve company's set goals
- Review, feedback, coordinate and follow up with technology supplier and service providers to improve their services and support
