At Hitachi ABB Power Grids Enterprise Software, Network Control in Sweden, we sell and deliver solutions for almost the entire chain of power, telecom and water companies. As we are anticipating an exciting future, we need to strengthen our team with a Business Project Controller.
Your responsibilities
Your main mission will be to manage all financial and commercial matters and actively drive the project’s performance.
Responsible for cash management and monitor as well as follow-up actual cost and income against budget and forecast.
Doing ad hoc analyses and ensure internal control compliance.
Working in close collaboration with our Project Managers and assist in everything related to our projects, including:
Preparing for and participating in monthly/quarterly project reviews
Establishing necessary currency contracts and bank guarantees
Reporting and follow-up of economical deviations to Department Managers
Generating and maintaining monthly forecasts
Ensuring quality in cost forecasting and billing plan
Establishing bank guarantees and ensuring return at expiration

Your background
You are be able to act on own initiatives and being able to work independently.
You are driven and have a passion for what you do.
With your communicative and collaborative skills, you contribute to a great team spirit. Since you are responsible and have a sense for details, you can keep strict deadlines.
You have at least a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
You have 2-3 years of relevant working experience or more.
Excellent skills in Excel are required, whereas knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Since you will be part of a global business, fluency in English and Swedish is a must, both written and spoken.
