We are looking for a Business Project Manager (BPM) within IT for our customer in the automotive industry. The BPM works in a business context leading projects or programs contributing primarily with project management and leadership skills. Your work will be project and program implementations, mainly driven by Process & IT functions. The assignment will start 2015-08-16 and continue until 2015-12-31 with possible extension. For this assignment you can decide to work as a sub-contractor for Poolia or as an consultant.

Arbetsuppgifter

In this organization projects are mainly driven with P&IT project steering model, typically projects resulting in concrete changes in ways of working for a large employee population. BPM objective is to create a Soft Products Management process and variants and set of supporting solutions that will ease the management of a fast growing soft products portfolio in the company. Currently our customer have as many processes and solutions than type of services. Most processes are very manual and can’t support the volume increase that they face. During 2013 it was decided to create a company common solution based on the SAP BRIM solution. The SAP BRIM solution consists of 4 different SAP modules CRM, CC (Convergent Charging), CI (Convergent Invoicing) and ERP. The main functionalities included in the scope are the following: - Service product master data - Quotation - Ordering - Subscription Master - Renewal of existing subscription including customer mailing - Rating - Invoicing – Accounting. Our customer is currently in the middle of the implementation with a first delivery to US before end of 2015. General Job tasks: classic project management, task allocation / prioritization, risk management, reporting to steering committee, planning, cost follow-up and forecast.

Utbildning/erfarenhet

We are looking for a senior PM, with strong leadership that are able to manage teams located in different location (one third of the team is SAP consultants, 2 third is employees or other consultants), size of the team 15 to 20 people. Preferred location is Sweden; other possibilities are France, Poland and US.
