Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Project Manager (PLM) to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Lead and manage cross-functional, high-complexity projects in the field of Medical Devices, based in Uppsala.
Assume complete responsibility and accountability for project deliverables, team coordination, budget management, and project scheduling.
Define clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for project team members from various business functions.
Develop comprehensive cross-functional work plans and effectively manage interdependencies among different project teams.
Continuously monitor the progress of business activities and project interdependencies.
Foster productive working relationships across IT and business departments.
Collaborate and oversee functional counterparts to ensure the successful delivery of relevant solutions.
Regularly communicate project status and promptly escalate any issues or deviations to all stakeholders.
Offer decision support and recommendations for critical project decisions to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for improvements and strategic enhancements within the project’s scope.
Establish a robust project change management process and plan for consistent organizational communication.
Ensure proper documentation according to company standards and regulatory compliance.
Conduct, document, and communicate Lessons Learned from a business perspective upon project completion.

What you bring:
Extensive experience in project management, totaling more than a decade, or an equivalent qualification.
Proven track record in international project management within a matrix organizational structure.
Proficiency in managing complex business projects and leading their implementation.
Prior experience in overseeing business project implementations within the life science domain.
Competence in organizational change management, particularly with respect to new tool implementations.
Strong history of collaborating with various organizational levels, including executive leadership, peers, and junior team members.
Expertise in roadmap/timeline planning, staffing activities, financial management, and project reporting to business and IT stakeholders.
Background in overseeing project implementations involving Nordic business.
Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality project deliverables.
Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
Proficient in clear and concise verbal and written communication, demonstrating excellent presentation skills in English (both written and spoken).
Experience in organizing business training activities and managing associated documentation.
Knowledge of working with Validated systems (CFR 9 Part 11) is a plus, along with exposure to business process validation.
