IT Business Relationship Management Specialist

If you would like to have an exciting role with a varied scope of tasks covering both BMW Northern Europe Sales and Financial Services with plenty of responsibility and challenging tasks - you are the person we are looking for to strengthen the IT Team.

Key responsibilities

Within the role IT Business Relationship Management (BRM) Specialist you are reporting directly to the IT Manager with aim to provide visibility over the delivery of IT Services to the NE business entities. This is a wide ranging role covering SLA Management, IT Performance Reporting as well as Budget controlling and other governance responsibilities.

Working in the Northern European IT department you will be part of a global network of colleagues sharing knowledge and experiences within BMW IT and will take the lead in managing and supporting the annual demand/request management processes for both business entities.

Main tasks:

• Support for Key Account Management process across all business functions -  maintaining close interface with all levels of the business to ensure successful delivery of IT services, including Projects and IT Operations
• Manage Demand/Request Management for new topics including annual prioritization process
• Ensure interface to global IT functions including IT Operations and International Projects
• Project Initiation - ensuring adherence to the Group processes for consolidating requirements/demands and ensuring their prioritization
• Manage IT Budgets for SF and NSC and reporting requirements
• Maintain the IT Target Landscape for BMW Northern Europe Sales and Financial Services
• Ensure IT services delivered (including monitor, report) for all Business and Process Areas of NE through SLA´s and KPI´s.

Desired skills and qualifications
You hold a University´s degree, preferably in IT, or equal and you have at least three years of experience in IT systems within sales/customer processes and/or finance processes.  An advantage is experience of IT system operations and IT project management within the automotive or financial services industry.

• Fluent in English and basic knowledge in Swedish or another Scandinavian language
