We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.

Key Responsibilities
· Experience with Global Delivery Model with demonstrated knowledge of processes and methodologies
· Ability to present at senior levels, and executive levels
· Ability to work with diverse TCS teams in various service lines, across multiple time zones.
· Ability to manage multi-cultural teams
· Willing to travel to different client locations - and to delivery centres overseas
· Prior experience of managing a large P&L in a Leadership role
Managerial Responsibilities
· Team management including Engagement managers, Portfolio Managers, Technical leads to support the delivery
· Account Management including Offshore delivery management, includes offshore Delivery managers, offshore Operations managers
Key Skills
· Seasoned leader to manage and grow our business and relationship with the account
· Onsite Account Management - building and managing client relationships at the VP, and CXO level
· Accountable for hard targets of Revenue growth, Order booking, Operating margin, Customer satisfaction, and Employee satisfaction
· Work closely with the business relationship managers (BRM s) and customer side decision makers across Product Groups, IT Applications (ADM & Testing), IT infrastructure, Customer Service, and Corporate functions.
Experience Required
15 Year to 20 Years, with more than 10 years in Project, Program and team management. 3 to 5 years in Presales and Sales experience. Experience in RFP, Solution creation, customer presentation.
