We are now looking for a Business Relationship Manager. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
Key responsibilities
Experience with Global Delivery Model with demonstrated knowledge of processes and methodologies
Ability to present at senior levels, and executive levels
Ability to work with diverse TCS teams in various service lines, across multiple time zones.
Ability to manage multi-cultural teams
Willing to travel to different client locations and to delivery centres overseas
Prior experience of managing a large P&L in a Leadership role



Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities
Team management including Engagement managers, Portfolio Managers, Technical leads to support the delivery
Account Management including Offshore delivery management, includes offshore Delivery managers, offshore Operations managers.
Sales target including new product and service sales of 3 to 7 Million Euros
Sales target includes organic account growth from 25% to 50% for every quarter
Seasoned leader to manage and grow our business and relationship with the account
Onsite Account Management - building and managing client relationships at the VP, and CXO level.
Accountable for hard targets of Revenue growth, Order booking, Operating margin, Customer satisfaction, and Employee satisfaction
Work closely with the business relationship managers (BRM s) and customer side decision makers across Product Groups, IT Applications (ADM & Testing), IT infrastructure, Customer Service, and Corporate functions.



Experience required
18 Year to 20 Years, with more than 10 years in Project, Program and team management. 3 to 5 years in Presales and Sales experience. Experience in RFP, Solution creation, customer presentation.
Experienced in Account management, Program Management, Manage a team of sales, and delivery. Identifying and grooming team members into future leaders at TCS.
Facilitating the team to present delivery successes in strong and positive way to drive growth and quality of business
Sales management through rigor in review of Pipeline and performance against plan on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Delivery management through scheduled engagement reviews between Customer(s) and Delivery leaders.
Drive demand generation strategy and execution through the customer facing teams
Facilitating the team to present delivery successes in strong and positive way to drive growth and quality of business
Sales management through rigor in review of Pipeline and performance against plan on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Delivery management through scheduled engagement reviews between Customer(s) and Delivery leaders.



Special working conditions
Required to travel across Nordics, Poland and to India locations on need basis
Regular travel to Denmark and Finland to meet the customers.
