Business Requirements Owner, Connected services
In the role as Business Requirements Owner, Connected services you will be the main responsible for defining and maintaining all business requirements for the Connected services that will make Lynk & Co a unique brand for the connected car ecosystem. You will be responsible for ensuring there is an exhaustive set of business requirements covering the whole connectivity scope of current and future services, which is aligned with business owners, product planning, marketing and sales, and other vehicle programs within the Geely family.
Given market and product plans, you will work in close cooperation with the stakeholders, solution architects and function owners to define the business requirements for new connectivity services, covering their full lifecycle and manage the backlog over time. Consideration needs to be taken to already existing solutions and to cost and timing feasibility.
You are an open minded team player that do not hesitate to actively challenge conventions and try to come up with new and better ways to do what needs to be done. Since we work in a start-up environment it’s important that you can be flexible and deal with change, and have persistency to pursue targets and take decisions. You will be a part of Lynk & Co Connectivity team based in Gothenburg, Sweden and report to the Lynk & Co Connectivity Director. You will work in a global organization, with regular contact with Asia, mainly China.
What you'll do
- Own and maintain the exhaustive set of business requirements for connected services
- Follow-up with partners and internal/external stakeholders on business requirements fulfilment.
- Work together with the business owners to define requirements for new services, and document accordingly, creating use cases, work flows and interaction diagrams as needed, covering the full lifecycle.
- Assist in defining any sourcing requirements towards suppliers.
- Support the implementation project to successful launch of service, and handover to operations.
- Based on experience propose new technologies and innovations to be introduced.
- Solutions will be developed in close cooperation with solution manager, functions owners, system owners, test engineers, SW responsible and suppliers.
What you should have
- Solid experience of requirements analyzes and management.
- Solid experience of service design for mobile and cloud based services.
- Solid experience of e-service provider industry.
- Experience of automotive industry
- Ability to drive, motivate and convince
- Cultural awareness, especially Asian - European culture.
- Experience of mobile and cloud software development is an advantage.
- Experience of system integration is an advantage.
- Experience of telecom industry is an advantage
