We are now looking for a Business Risk Controller to join the Business Risk Unit.
The Business Risk Unit is responsible for operational risk management in first line by securing that Entercard operates within the regulatory and internal governance, and risk and compliance requirements. This is done by facilitating and supporting business with managing a risk and control environment that is in line with the risk tolerance of the company.
What you'll be doing
As a Business Risk Controller you will support our team to effectively perform tasks regarding operational and business risks (control self-assessment, risk assessments, business continuity, supplier assessments, data protection impact assessments).
You will also be responsible for designing and producing reports about our risk profile, ensuring that the information is timely available. As a Business Risk Controller you will play an important role in coordinating acitivities regarding projects, risk framework and internal audit.
To succeed in this role, you need to:
Have a proven track record from working on a risk management and compliance agenda, preferably from consumer finance or a similar industry. You have a bachelor degree within finance, information technology or similar. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
You have a strong analytical mindset with attention to details and leave no numbers behind and you are structured and work methodically through complex tasks. You understand the business and how each part connects with one another and you have strong communication skills and know how to facilitate and present an idea.
You have a digital mindset and bring this with you to whatever project you are working. You are proud to call yourself a team player and see the value of stakeholder management and building a network of contacts.
