WHO YOU ARE
Business Risk & Compliance Business Partners support the integration of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Internal Controls and Compliance frameworks as well as Safety, Security & Crisis Management into the Ingka Group. We are looking for a new Business Partners, with a strong business focus and experienced stakeholder management skills, to work with Group Functions.

If yes, and you are willing to learn and develop in the area of Business Risk & Compliance while you also contribute by leading by example and developing others, this is your opportunity. If you have very good coaching skills, solid experience of leading and influencing through stakeholders, matrix organizations etc., you proactively engage with the organisation and you feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity and driving change with new methods and digital solutions, this is your place.
Then we need you for a strong business integration on Group level and to help us to secure BR&C “right by design approach” for all our initiatives. You will be part of a team playing an active role in supporting the business to take risk-aware, and opportunity focused conscious decisions. You will support business stakeholders to assess and mitigate their risks, develop internal controls and ensure compliance in a business environment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Business Risk & Compliance Business Partner you are responsible for ensuring that Group Functions and Group Business Risk & Compliance agenda are aligned.
Amongst many different tasks you will:
• Work together with the relevant stakeholders to develop, maintain, and implement Business Risk & Compliance policies, guidelines, and frameworks.
• Drive implementation and monitor the performance of Ingka Business Risk & Compliance frameworks and practices to enable a holistic and proactive risk management based on business needs.
• Coach the business so they can decide which risks to take and how to mitigate them
• Ensure that risk and compliance capabilities are well embedded when creating and executing strategic and tactical business objectives
• Identify, involve, and interact with key stakeholders in the business to drive engagement
• Be an advisory partner on Business Risk & Compliance subject matters together with the BR&C centers of expertise
• Lead and inspire a risk and compliance performance mind-set, raise risk awareness and promote a risk culture secure, right knowledge and competences needed to become risk aware and compliance conscious in running business
• Secure movement toward standardized and automatized way of working, in close cooperation with other Group Functions and strengthen cross-functional engagement within Ingka Group.
You will report to the Business Risk & Compliance Business Partner Manager for Group Functions and will be placed in Malmö.
