About the role
The role is part of the management team and involves business responsibility for the Sustainable Brand Index business area with a focus on sales, marketing and product development. Sustainable Brand Index is currently Europe’s largest brand study on sustainability and is conducted in 8 countries. Further geographical expansion is in the plan.
As Business & Sales Director, you will be responsible for the sales and marketing activities related to Sustainable Brand Index in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, and collaboration with our colleague in the Netherlands. The work includes sales plans, sales strategy and active selling, as well as responsibility and management of existing sales staff and the marketing manager. The focus of your sales efforts is both existing and new clients. You will have your own budget target and a budget target for the whole business area and team. There is also a possibility of selling other types of projects to our clients. The role involves developing the Sustainable Brand Index as a product as well as other products together with colleagues in the management team of the company.
