About the position
As a Business Segment Manager Zero Emission Landscaping you will drive the customer centric creation of the most value adding offering and Go-To-Market approach to become our customers long term preferred partner, in the field of Zero Emission Landscaping.
The Business Segment Manager Zero Emission Landscaping is responsible for defining the target groups and business opportunities, and to secure a plan to increase our target group penetration from a Customer Solution Unit perspective with a clear Value Proposition and Go To Market approach to win in the segment. The Business Segment Manager secures that the CSU activities are prioritized, resourced and executed accordingly.
Your main tasks
Gather thorough qualitative and quantitative insights on customer characteristics, business opportunities, customer P&L, business mechanics, and their professional environment, through hands-on experience and analytics.
Create knowledge on core business/ activities of business segments, like turf maintenance.
Define the strategic position to take as a company in the respective customer segment.
Define customer segment specific value proposition, and drive with product management and services teams to populate the value proposition with products & services.
GtM strategy & execution in collaboration with regional sales teams.
External ‘spokesperson’ for Husqvarna in respective segments.


What we can offer
Husqvarna is flexible and you have the opportunity to work from home but it is also of importance that you could work in the office as well when needed.
Travel in the service occur occasionally, approximately 10-15 days/year
Location: Huskvarna, Stockholm, Netherlands or the UK
Your Profile
You have an extensive knowledge of working in the Landscaping customer industry.
You have a bachelor or master degree and a long experience of working in business development, sales, product management, marketing or other relevant areas.
It is of importance that you have international business experience and proven ability of leading global and cross-functional projects.
You are a customer centric person with an entrepreneurial mindset that has great relationship and communication skills. You have a strategic perspective coupled with a commercial orientation. Further you are a strong influencer, decisive and good team player. Last but not least you have a strong passion for delivering customer experiences rooted in true end-customer needs.
