The Boeing Global Enterprise Services (BGES) team is looking to hire a Business Services Support Manager for Netherlands, Benelux and the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland). This role will report into the BGES Senior Manager for the Europe region. This role will lead a team of currently 10 employees with further potential growth of additional employees based on the very dynamic business environment for Boeing. The team has the responsibility for the daily running of our offices in Netherlands, Benelux and the Nordics. The portfolio currently consists of three offices in Brussels, Amsterdam and Gothenburg.
This is an onsite position that can be based out of Gothenburg, Sweden, or Brussels, Belgium or Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
Management of a team performing activities in accordance with the Boeing Global Enterprise Services (BGES) Service List which includes Operations Management and Compliance, Business Support Services and traveler assistance for multiple delegated business activities
Facility Management
Ensuring all Boeing locations are managed to Boeing standards, and budgets
Manage Front of House support and responsible for exceptional customer service standards
Supporting and delivering delegated activities and integration as needed from other service groups. These include Enterprise Services, Finance & Business, Security & Fire Protection, Site Services and Supplier Management
Developing and maintaining key relationships and partnerships with business partners, customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports for multiple sites with significant scope and complexity
Management, development and motivating a team responsible for site/entity compliance with local laws, Boeing policies and procedures
Responsible for forecasts and management of operating budgets

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)
3 + years’ of demonstrated successful management experience and/or leadership experience is required
Experience in leading development conversations
Bachelor’s degree or similar is required
Facility Management experience
High level of proficiency in the MS Office package as well as tools to build databases and take information from multiple sources, experience with tools such as Tableau and PowerBI is desirable
Must be a proactive, assertive, high energy individual who can work efficiently in an environment where priorities can change frequently
Must be highly responsive to the needs generated by the day-to-day activities of the sites and business management requirements
Should exhibit sound and independent judgment, initiative and flexibility
Should be able to demonstrate strong collaboration skills
High levels of discretion are required. Demonstrated experience of working in a confidential environment.
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written communication in English
Be computer literate with excellent experience of MS Office. Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential
Experienced in working in a multicultural environment
Travel is required

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience of working within a US based or aerospace company would be advantageous
