Your new position:
Do you want to be part of an exciting transformation journey with major changes in the IT architecture? You as a Business Solution Architect will be one of the key players in that transformation.

As our new Business Solution Archiect you will have the overall responsibility for the design of enterprise-grade software solutions to support our business. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing and selecting the most appropriate technologies, architectural styles and patterns needed to deliver a software solution.

Further more, you support project and programme management to understand, communicate and manage technical dependencies across platforms and projects. You will develop strong relationships with Business stakeholders in order to guarantee that solution designs map to the requirements of the business and are aligned to the roadmap of partner teams and the wider strategic roadmap of the company.

Your background:
We believe you have an University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar with several years of relevant experience.

The succesful candidate have;

- experience in the successful delivery of complex, highly performing and high quality software systems
- experience and understanding of variety of delivery practices
- experience of leading projects through the full application lifecycle
- proven experience of working with 3rd party systems and organisations
- attention to detail whilst understanding the importance of the big picture
- excellent ability to understand the organisation’s goals and objectives
- experience defining interfaces between systems to form a cohesive solution


For the position you need fluency in English and Swedish.

Experience in the Fashion industry is an advantage

The successful candidate have the ability to make things happen, inspire and motivate other people, engage colleagues from multiple departments and challenge the way we work.

As a person you have strong organisational and time-management skills, excellent analytical and problem solving skills and an ability tocommunicate technical designs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
