Product Manager EDI

Who are you?

You possess a deep knowledge in eCommerce and have a strong business focus. We believe you have excellent communication skills and are an experienced project leader, who prefer to work in close cooperation with different stakeholders.

As a person you are a team player and problem solver, and are capable of understanding the demands and drivers for business on-line

About the job

As an eCommerce/EDI Manager you will secure the growth of the EDI business at Alfa Laval. You will also develop the EDI tool in combination with portals, on-line catalogs and punch out catalogs. You will work closely with a team of software developers who contribute to the evolution of the solutions. Your primary stakeholders will be Business Units, Sales companies, IT and end customers.

Duties of the eCommerce manager:

* Responsible for the EDI revenue growth

* Manage the deliveries together with your teammates in Digital Sales

* Create and maintain an EDI business plan

including growing the geographical footprint

* Be up-dated on trends and secure the evolution of EDI and its components

* Manage Global roll out initiatives

* Manage the governance organization

* Manage and lead customer projects

As eCommerce manager you will report to the Head of Digital sales, the role is placed at our headquarter in Lund.

What you know

You have built a professional understanding for business processes and how to meet identified on-line business opportunities. You are expected to efficiently handle complex scenarios, including the ability to analyze, evaluate, implement and act in a global environment together with many stakeholders. We believe you have worked with eCommerce preferably in a B2B landscape with Partners/dealers/Distributors as main actors. You have an understanding of EDI and its complexity. As a person you are both future oriented and pragmatic – and a natural leader with experience from managing a team of people to contribute in a value stream set up, roll out projects or customer engagement activities.
