About us
The Global Services and Dealer Development function is facing new exciting opportunities and challenges the coming years. In order to meet customers’ needs Husqvarna division has started the journey towards servitization by launching service offerings adding value to our products like warranty extensions, service contract and leasing options.
The Business Solution Manager will play a key role in developing this journey further and will be part of a team that consists of four self-going team players with strong drive and passion. About the job
The Business Solution Manager will be a key player in driving the development of the service portfolio for the Husqvarna Brand Division. To be successful, close collaboration with other functions throughout our organization such as product management and sales companies, as well as IT, and finance is of high importance.
Your tasks consist of transforming the needs and requests from the different product management units into development of new business models for service offerings to build a profitable business around services.
Within 1-2 years the goal is to have optimized and developed our service portfolio in line with customer needs and to be a support for both sales companies and product management in developing business models for services.
In this role it will be possible to either be positioned and work form our office in Huskvarna or from our office in Stockholm. Some travel might occur.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Your profile
We are looking for a person with strong business acumen as well as a great customer focus and a result-oriented mindset. You enjoy working in an environment that requires hands on mentality and where change and challenges is part of your workday. In order to succeed in this role, we believe you possess analytical skills as well as the ability to communicate and present your findings adapted to the audience. As an important part of your everyday work include collaboration with different functions and stakeholders across the organization, we believe you are a person with good interpersonal skills who enjoys creating networks.


Required skills and qualifications
Bachelor or Master’s degree within Business/Economics/Engineering/Sales or has acquired similar skills by other experience
A minimum of 5-7 years’ work experience from a similar role within business development and/or product management or similar
Experience working with both financial aspects as well as developing new business models
A proven track record of successfully implementing new product/service offerings
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Office package
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Experience working in complex matrix organizations in international companies is desired
Industry knowledge is desired

Your personality in combination with relevant experiences is of importance in this role.
