Scania Financial Services (SFS) is serving customers, dealers and distributors in 63 markets through 18 captive business units with financing and insurance solutions. Where we operate, Financial Services finance about one-third of Scania’s truck sales.
To be a competitive player in our markets, SFS works with a customer-centric approach and business solutions supporting our products & services to ensure a digital transformation. To execute this transformation the Unity Program has been initiated. We support business units in Asia, Europe and Latin America. Now we need to strengthen our team with a Business Solution Owner for Contract Management.

As a Business Solution Owner you will:
• Shape and lead the Global Contract Management Community together with the Heads of Departments at SFS and local market stakeholders
• Be a change agent, with a focus on business processes
• Build the big picture solution by collaborating cross-functionally
• Drive the Unity Contract Management design by;
• Applying strategic direction of the business
• Identify and document market needs and business opportunities as clear requirements
• Work with test teams to ensure the quality of deliverables
• Support rollout to markets
• Securing the industrialisation approach and supporting the implementation of our common setup
• Manage and set the scope of initiatives
• Working closely with other program resources to deliver initiatives on time and within budget
• Manage a backlog of future potential initiatives
About you
You have the right mindset and a pragmatic way of working. You have the capability to evaluate, prioritise and act in order to build sustainable and robust solutions, that can evolve over time. You are confident leading virtual teams and resources across Scania and with our Service Providers. You also have;
• Proven leadership skills to build confidence and drive change
• Experience from transformations within larger enterprises including organisational changes
• Knowledge and experience within digital solutions for managing financial services
• A good overall understanding of market needs and financial services
• Experience from working with outsourced solutions, supporting AML, KYC and risk prevention
• Excellent communication skills to build momentum and trust toward the process and solutions being built over time
In this position you will be reporting to our Operations Manager at Scania Financial Services.
