Do you want to be part of an exciting company with great talent and good opportunities? We are looking for an experienced Business Solution Specialist within the Sales area for our ERP System – M3.

This is what you will do

Our newly established IT organization within the Agriculture Sector works in close cooperation with the business to develop stable, reliable and cost-effective IT solutions, which enhances our competitiveness and supports our business objectives. In the sector’s strategy plan, one of our most important focus areas is to further develop our sales and channel strategy for our main operations, where our sales processes and tools will become increasingly important when developing our customer offering and achieving data-driven sales.

Today we are a team of 11 people with a mix of experienced Business Solution Specialists and Process Managers eager to support our daily operations in our M3 platforms, but also driving new initiatives and projects. We are now looking for a skilled Business Solution Specialist with background in M3 Customer Order Management and Sales, to complement our team. You will have an exciting and challenging role in delivering needed requirements from the business and creating sustainable IT solutions.

To succeed in the position, you need to create and maintain relationship with our stakeholders in the organization and our vendors. Your day will consist of both working with incidents, problems and changes in existing solution, but also be an integrated part in larger projects, such as upgrading and implementing M3 and surrounding applications in your area of responsibility.

This position is located at our office in Malmö and our operations are mainly based in Sweden. For the right person the location is flexible. Travel occasionally to Finland to meet our colleagues in our finish agribusiness.

Skills & Requirements

You have:

- An academic degree together with 3-5 years’ experience from working with M3 implementations
- Skills in understanding and translating our sales business processes requirements
- An ability to configure and maintain all aspects of the M3 Sales modules
- Knowledge of integrations from and to M3
- Knowledge and experience of CRM tools within Infor application suite or external.
- Knowledge of Infor M3 Extensibility toolbox to improve our end-user experience.
- Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English
