We believe that you have experience from the following:
• Retail experience from a international retailer with a good understanding of the commercial and financial processes.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in data collection, data analysis, developing metrics and projections based on analytical results.
• Proven track record in delivering results during time pressure
• Strong analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate figures in an understandable and inspiring way.
• Good knowledge of analytical methodologies and tools like Power BI, Qlik Sense, and Excel.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
Your Responsilibility
The Business Steering Business Analyst is a member of one of the functional areas within Group Business Steering, working together with Group Business Navigators and Business Partners, contributing to the development of the functional agenda across Ingka.
• Support the stakeholders in the organisation by maximising the use of existing reports, and creating new reports/tools where needed
•Develop and implement new ways of steering and measuring the business in a changing omnichannel business environment
•Monitor and steer business and operational activities in order to fulfil goals for relevant stakeholders
•Maintain, coordinate and produce assigned financial plans, budgets and forecasts, further develop parts of the business performance management framework, maintain and develop investment plans and connected tools, processes and working methodsSome of your key responsibilities will be to: • Prepare, distribute and communicate holistic, reliable and relevant analyses, insights, plans and recommendations in the assigned area of competence, working closely with key stakeholders •Contribute to the development of business opportunities, projects, business initiatives, new technologies and innovations with a broad total performance perspective and business case thinking•Assess trends, business opportunities, (new) ways of working and risks, and advise on actions for improvement in a clear and inspiring way to create energy around the performance and way forward
