Customer Experience & Sales (CX & Sales) is a newly established global cross-functional and customer-centric function within the H&M Brand focusing on delivering an outstanding customer experience. CX & Sales has a key role in enabling us to reach our brand direction, to become the leading destination for style, creativity and culture. As Business Strategist in CX&S, you will be right at the center of this shift towards a truly customer-centric organization.


Job Description


As a Business Strategist you are responsible to combine functional expertise with a holistic business perspective to be able to identify and drive new business opportunities. You are responsible for translating overall group, company and brand direction into strategies and initiatives for execution. In this role, you will lead collaboration and stakeholder coordinator to ensure alignment cross organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Enables Regional and Business Units Growth Strategies through Key City Strategy for H&M Brand as part of Stores Portfolio Transformation Strategy.
Strategically plans Market Share growth – working cross-functionally and across Regions, leading development of strategies for H&M's brand Key Cities targeting significant market share growth through store network activation and integration with digital environment.
Works closely with Business Expert Key City planning, together driving global agenda for Key Cities;
Secures Innovative approach. Collaborates with Regions, Brand Development, Business Units, Expansion and External partners to define and conceptualize innovation factor for key city strategy.
Holds holistic responsibility for targets definition for all Key Cities considering brand's ambition for Market Share, OMNI sales and Customer base growth. Develops methods and tools for Regions and respective functions.
Assures customer centric approach. Secures relevant data, insights and conducts targeted research to define precisely growth potential of Key Cities with clear customer target in mind.
Holistically responsible for defining as is scenario for Key Cities and gap definition towards desire state. Set direction for respective gap analysis as foundation for the growth strategy.

In addition, to be successful in the role we believe you have:
A University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or similar.
At least 5 years’ experience in Business Strategy Development for large international brands in retail industry.
Experience in working with Customer Experience Design and Customer Activation.
Good understanding of the business direction and challenges. Ability to navigate the business complexity to achieve results, focusing on the long-term future, further ahead of business operations.
Strong ability in working with data and insights analysis to form strategies direction and define growth potential.
Knowledge and understanding of how products are used and by whom, having a customer centric approach.
Good experience in leading cross functional teams and collaboration, creating engagement and commitment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills including written and verbal skills in English.



Additional Information


This is a full-time position based in our head office in Stockholm.
