The mission of the Retail unit at Sales is to grow and transform the portfolio by building exceptional store experiences – securing high productivity, financial resilience and a strong brand. This is done through holistic retail strategies, fueled by tech innovation and enabled through our global network of teams and partners. The Business Insights team is responsible for driving retail profitability and strategy alignment with expert analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
As a Business Strategist, within the Business Insights team, you will be part of a small global team responsible for optimizing retail strategies through insights and analysis. You will closely collaborate with colleagues from the entire retail unit, both globally and in our regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Take part in translating overall group & brand direction into a strategy for our retail channel
Co-lead work on articulating what we aim to achieve and how to measure success
Engage stakeholders collaboratively and communicate clear to ensure alignment across our organization
Support and lead analyses, insights and communication material for senior stakeholders
Take an active part both in both business operations and development programs
Qualifications
To be successful in this role we see that you have project management experience, gained from leading cross-functional projects and you have experience in driving strategic and analytical projects.
What you need to succeed:
A University degree in Business, Engineering or similar
At least 2-5 years of experience with business analysis and strategy development including stakeholder management
Business analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and present findings to deliver insights and support decision making
Closely collaborate with data analysts, strategists, and controllers
Strong business acumen and curiosity for fashion retail
Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint
Additional information
This is a fulltime permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement. The role is an on-site position, based in our office in Stockholm, Sweden.
