As Business Support at STIHL, you will be a part of the department Sales. You will deliver excellent backend support to the sales organization within the Nordics.

Andreas STIHL Norden is looking for a backend Business Support. The location could be Stenkullen in Sweden or Vantaa in Finland, depending on where we find the best candidate! It's an advantage if you speak Finnish, Danish or Norwegian in addition. You will enter a company with great colleagues and nice premises.

Your responsibility
In the role as Business Support you will have several responsibilities connected to sales and customer support. Your main task is to support the Sales organization e.g., Field Sales, Customer Support and Key Account Manager within STIHL Nordics. You will work proactively to increase our efficiency in sales work, contribute to us working in accordance with decided processes and to visualize the STIHL Nordic business so that we can drive sales according to the strategic goal. It also means maintaining Prices, Dealer discounts, bonuses, and other business corner stones in our systems as effectively as possible.
We will achieve continuous growth with stable profitability and with a constantly improving team spirit with both retailers and other employees.

Your days will include following tasks:
* Maintain recommended prices on all product categories
* Report sale statistics and compile market statistic reports
* Update prognosis of volumes
* Report Nordic Sales scorecard monthly
* Produce reports for invoicing
* Support STIHL Key Accounts with necessary data in agreed templates
* On demand, set up agreed campaigns in SAP and other relevant systems
* Perform Price adjustments in SAP

To enjoy working at STIHL and deliver excellent Business Support, we believe that you have

* Professional skills in MS Office and Excel in specific
* Experience from working in SAP
* Experience from customer support, since the understanding of frontend is the key to de-liver excellent backend
Business Support
* Fluent in English, written and spoken, in addition to your excellent Swedish and/or Finnish skills
* Knowledge in basic finance and analytic skills
