What you do
In this position, you oversee and coordinate departmental and project activities to ensure efficient delivery of services and objectives. You develop and execute a broad range of corporate administrative services within approved policies and objectives including office services, contract administration, purchasing and data processing. Furthermore, you ensure delivery deadlines and activities are met in terms of reports, work tasks, gatekeeping and other deliverables.
Other responsibilities include:
CRM license management and operational control board reporting and forecast support
Admin for user roles within CRM & SAP
Supplier management support for connected partners
Coordinate new updates and maintenance of the Sales & Marketing handbook for sales operations
Implement solutions for increased internal efficiencies for platform support
Sandvik IT Global Shared Services (GSS) collaboration and coordination on global topics
This is a role which can be navigated at one of our Sandvik Coromant units all over the globe, however, you’re ideally based in Kista or Sandviken, Sweden.
About you
We’re looking for someone with a degree in Business Administration or extensive work-related experience. You have solid knowledge of Sales organization processes, know how to network both regionally as well as globally, and have a high level of competence in using IT systems and solution implementations. It’s also beneficial if you’re already familiar with the total Coromant offer, including services. You have a good track record in continuous improvement, driving and adapting to change. You’re skilled in using Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Since we act in a global setting, you’re fluent in both verbal and written English.

You’re proactive, have great communication skills and are able to distill complex concepts and ideas into simple ideas.
