Business Support Coordinator

Hays Specialist Recruitment is now looking to recruit a Business Support Coordinator for a 12 month contract assignment for Roche Diagnostics in Stockholm.

During the pandemic our main priority is ensuring adequate Covid-19 testing. As a Business Support Coordinator you will play a key role working with sales and logistics of our sars-cov-2-tests to help reduce the outbreak.

Work Experience

* Experience within medicine, life science or medical technology is preferred.
* Experience in accounting system SAP
* Customer Support
* Project management, working across departments
* Experience documenting customer interactions in CRM system, preferably Salesforce
* Preferably experience from the life sciences or medtech industry

Education
A university degree in medicine, life science or medical technology is preferred, or relevant work experience within the area, preferably from diagnostics or pharmaceutical industry.

Functional Competencies
You have good IT knowledge, good analytical skills and good technical knowledge. You are a problem-solver and a person who enjoys using his/her troubleshooting skills. Comprehensive understanding of laboratory structure, practice and workflow is something you gained in your work life. You must be fluent in Swedish and English.


* Understanding of work routines of Customers
* Understanding and appreciation of the critical nature of the products on allocation
* Understanding of the dependency on individual products to ensure testing capacity
* Understanding of order management
* Preferably, understanding of healthcare
* Ability to handle difficult customer conversations
* Applicants must be fluent in Swedish
* Excellent computer literacy (G-suite and excel)
