Within the BioVentureHub at AstraZeneca we have a clear vision to be recognized as a world-class collaboration platform that drives business success. We are now looking for a service minded Business Support Coordinator to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden.

What You'll do

Here you will experience a swift and agile environment as we continue to support the BioVentureHub on a journey of evolution and growth, driven by new, exciting science and technology. It's challenging and sometimes demanding, and that's why we love it!

Your focus will be to provide administrative and project orientated high quality and professional support to the BioVentureHub team, utilizing a wide range of skills in a dynamic, high pace and complex business environment where sensitivity and confidentiality is required. You will also support the site management team with internal and external events.

You will pro-actively and collaboratively work together with the other team members, but also more broadly with teams in other parts of the AstraZeneca organisation.

Typical accountabilities are:

* Managing meetings including travel arrangements, coordinating complex meetings and external visits.
* Supporting Team members and daily operational tasks.
* Track expenses.
* Resolve complex customer queries and issues to meet customer and business requirements and communicate information

Who are you

We believe that you are an enthusiastic, driven and hardworking person that put the customer satisfaction first. You have technical skills in tools like Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint online and you have experience working in a multicultural global setting. It is also important that you are comfortable with multiple tasks and have a sense of flexibility as no two days are alike.

Essential for the role

* Strong organizational, forward-planning, team-working and stakeholder management skills with attention to detail
* Relevant administrative experience with senior stakeholders
* Specialist knowledge in relation to administrative/business support activities
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Experience in creating and maintaining systems for efficiency
* Ability to format documents and presentations for consistent, professional appearance
* Experience with virtual meeting technologies, information management software, and Microsoft products
* Ability to coordinate multi stakeholder activities
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.


Desirable for the role

* Ability to challenge the status quo, think beyond the role and act upon opportunities to work more effectively
* Expert in the use of appropriate IT systems
* Experience in maintaining homepages and digital media channels
