In this assignment you will help the client’s remarketing team to initiate, execute, preserve, and improve a set of global standards to ensure the brand consistency.

Job Assignments

In this role you will lead the external and internal communication to build trust, establish credibility, and increase awareness of Remarketing within the business. You will assist the
Central Team to Roll-out the Programme to new Markets, as well as the markets with the operations and enhancement of the platforms for Pre-owned. You are also expected to support with Monitoring of the performance of the Pre-owned programme using various measures. In addition, you will help and drive adoption of the Exchange solution, Market Monitor, Asset Management and the Wholesale Platforms. As a Business Support you will be in charge of designing and implementing training materials to assist various stakeholders in adhering to the standards of the Pre-owned programme and oversee the PoP Support Email and allocation of tickets to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

You should fulfill the following requirements to be eligible for the assignment:

• Experience using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for both data analysis and presentation purposes
• Acquaintance with SharePoint, including creating and configuring SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions, as well as troubleshooting common issues and optimizing system performance
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
• Understanding of cultural differences and colleagues located in diverse regions of the world, as well as an interest in learning about new cultures and ways of doing business
• Have a working knowledge of task management, including the ability to define and prioritize tasks, assign responsibilities, track progress, and ensure timely completion

Meritorious

• It is a plus if you have the ability to balance aesthetics with usability, creating designs that are both visually appealing and user-friendly
• It is meritorious if you have experience working in sales operations, including sales, post-sales support, or customer service
• Proficient in KPI reporting, including data analysis, performance tracking, and report generation
• Informed in digital commerce, including online sales channels, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing
• Experience in automotive sales, in retail or wholesale
