We are currently seeking a Business Support – Finance Admin for our client.

As part of the Digital Business Support team, you will closely collaborate with Digital Product Managers and the Head of Domain to ensure seamless administrative procedures, particularly in relation to financial requirements and standards. This role involves working with various stakeholders, including Digital colleagues, line managers, Procurement, and Finance, to facilitate the smooth execution of daily financial transactions and payments within the Digital organization. Additionally, you will actively participate in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities.

Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain records of ongoing purchase orders, accruals, and budget allocations
- Register all invoices under each purchase order to ensure timely payments
- Generate orders and shopping carts in the SRM system for new purchase orders and prepare RFQs and MRQs for the Purchasing Department
- Maintain close communication with the responsible Purchaser and Stakeholders to address existing and new resource requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers to track the status of deliveries
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Finance and Line Managers
- Adapt and develop this role to meet future needs
- Provide support to team members in fulfilling their overall responsibilities as a team

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in roles such as office coordinator, business administration, finance, purchasing, or similar in a creative, dynamic, and international setting.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and large amounts of data simultaneously.
- Familiarity with purchase and administrative tools/systems, preferably SRM and/or Workday.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluent/native proficiency in both Swedish and English

Meritorious:
- Interest in technology and digital solutions; knowledge of office solutions and innovations to enhance workplace productivity
