We are looking for a new team member as a Business Support to our Head of Global Offer. You will be part of the Governance & PMO team and as such an enabler and catalyst for our team’s daily deliverables and collaboration. You will be working closely with the team, constantly being one step ahead of the game with integrity and professionalism as a guiding star.

What you will spend time on
Lead a few selected critical tasks on behalf of the Head of the Department that enables the development of the function or business.
You will act as an interface between internal and external business relations through handling of queries and information and support the team on a variety of tasks.
Develop reports and updates on key activities in visual, crisp, and easily understandable way for presentation in the management team.
Proactively trouble shooting and identifying opportunities and acting on operational challenges in the function.
You will have a responsibility for analyzing, planning and prioritizing meeting agendas as well as identifying and eliminating impediments and facilitating flow in the daily work.
Part of the job is to coordinate events and workshop, internal and external communication and to manage the digital governance structure for the team.  

Expectations to who you are
To be successful in this role, you need to be self-driven, a great collaborator and have an excellent sense of how to structure work.
You have great digital skills, and if you don’t know how to use Teams, PowerPoint, Miro and Notion you are a quick learner, and we expect you to quickly pick up the pace in order to guide others in how to use different tools. 
You must have excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal. Part of the role is to prepare for meetings; you need experience from preparing material as pre-reads and presentation. We believe you have a good sense of how to get a message through, and how to gather information and simplify it for the audience. A plus is that you have some commercial experience from your previous roles. 
We would like to see that you are eager to build a network and are curious in developing your ways of working and the role. Finally, in this role you handle a lot of information, and we expect high integrity and that you are used to handle confidential and sensitive information.
