The Bus and Coach sales team at Sales and Marketing has the global sales responsibility for enabling sales here and now as well as building for longer term sales. Together with our business units, as well as the independent distributors, we face highly interesting and challenging tasks in a rapidly changing business environment. In this role, you will have a great opportunity to take initiative to influence Scania’s long-term growth and profitability ambitions. 

We are now looking for a Business Support Manager to join the ambitious and dynamic Bus & Coach Sales Team Europe.

You will be expected to

You will be working as a team together with one or more Area Managers:


• supporting the Area Manager(s) with delegated administrative tasks related to e.g. Strategic Alignment, projections, pricelists, production planning, offer and order handling etc.
• leading continuous improvements of our processes and templates in an independent matter.
• together with the other Business Support Managers being the super user for our systems (e.g. OMS365, Mercure), processes and templates (e.g. Price PM, Coordinated View).

 You will also have the market responsibility for a limited number of low volume markets and are accountable to:


• reach the agreed volumes & profitability targets.
• complete Strategic Alignment activities and connected targets within the agreed time frame.
• catch new market trends and business opportunities.

• You are self-driven, take own initiative and have a dare to try approach, eager to find new ways to solve problems.
• You have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, actively contribute to building team spirit within a group and work in a diverse and inclusive way.
• You are able to work under pressure, have effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• You master English fluently and it is a plus if you also master additional languages.
