We are now looking for a service minded and motivated individual to take on a temporary assignment starting from March 2023 until late spring/summer 2024.

Job Summary:
Provide professional and efficient services and administrative support providing business adding value for highly professional investment team members. Support senior stakeholders, structure priorities, drive communication and networking, organization of events, individual services, and project coordination and support. Drive processes and coordinate digitalization of support across offices, contribute to building structural capital.

Project / Business Services related support (Finance, FEF, ESG, HR)
• Support HR function with tasks linked to recruiting, onboarding, documentation and wellbeing
• Support of local FEF (FSN Executive Framework) unit as required
• Build expertise, contribute to structural digital competence and take charge of responsibility areas and processes.
• Assure vendors comply with FSN guidelines for details, reference and payment terms
• Budget follow-up and cost control for events or other
• Manage all internal use of equipment (conference rooms, Teams, Slack, Zoom etc.)
• Support and guide use of business services routines and processes office apps (travel, expenses, meeting / conference apps etc.
• Coordinate and organize any requests from stakeholders facilitating busy schedules and adding to work life balance. Including and not limited to logistics for internal or external meetings and events

Knowledge and Competencies
• Proven experience with digital tools making life at work easier. Digitally savvy with an understanding and ambition to make information more efficiently accessible and drive change in processes.
• Excellent skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to learn and own company specific add-ins, apps or other software.
• Experience with Sharepoint and understanding of efficient digital collaboration
• Ability to prioritize and plan efficiently. Support and coordinate projects diligently.
• Excellent local language / English communication skills (written and oral)

The position is a part of our consulting business, which means that you will be employed at Jurek. This position can be both full- or part time and the assignment is with immediate to May 2024.
