Let us describe the challenge we offer

We can now announce that we have this exciting opportunity to welcome a new team member to the Business Strategy team at Polestar, while also supporting our HR team! This is an important role where you will be supporting the company in its rapid growth and expansion.

The role is located at our Headquarters located in Gothenburg (Torslanda), Sweden and will report to Head of Strategy & Business Development as well as work closely with our Head of HR.

What you will do

In the role as Business Support, you will provide administrative support to our Business Strategy and HR team in a variousity of matters, from non-complex to complex nature.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Executive assistant tasks including for example organizing meetings, events, site visits, etc.
- Administrative support in relation to invoice administration
- Setting meeting agendas and taking meeting notes
- Keeping track on all the ongoing purchase orders within the department and its strategic projects
- Tracking and coordinating projects towards various stakeholders at Strategy & Business Development and HR
- Accruals and budget allocations


You will handle matters independently and with full responsibility. Polestar has a global footprint, and you will be interacting and collaborating with a diverse and international team of colleagues in all areas of the business.

We are looking for an organizational master. An administrative- and service minded star who enjoys administrational as well as coordinating tasks. You get energized by working at a fast pace and by taking on all types of challenges - big and small - in a truly dynamic environment.

Establishing a new car brand makes for an exciting future that will require a lot of flexibility and creative thinking while keeping a strong integrity. You manage your own workload by strong prioritization skills while remaining structured and keeping precise attention to detail.

The match we are looking for have:

- 2-5 years of relevant work life experience, including providing great service, coordinate multiple tasks, and working both administratively and relationship building
- Obtained excellent computer skills in MS Office tools and/or similar systems. SRM and/or Workday knowledge is meritorious
- A secondary degree within a relevant field, such as finance, business, marketing or HR is meritorious.


You have excellent communication and peoples´ skills and you do not wait for instructions; you act proactively, with focus on the right thing and getting the job done. You understand that the job might need working odd hours, and you work efficient and keep tight deadlines.
