Electrolux is one of the leading global providers of food service, beverage and laundry solutions. The group Electrical Purchasing is responsible for the Electronic components and connectors to be used on PCBA and Cable and Cord sets globally. After the pandemic situation, market has been in a chaotic position leading to difficulty of supply of electronic components and connectors necessary for the assembly of their products. This has engendered shortages in various areas of their business. The support person we are looking at will be part of the team managing those shortages and will have the task to support managing them.
ARBETSUPPGIFTER
The activities are at four levels:
* Collecting and consolidating the shortages by contacting the respective sub suppliers to evaluate and improve the situation.
* Identifying possible alternative where possible together with our central R&D
* Feedback the information to the Supply chain/ suppliers
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
We are looking for someone that loves to work in a high-performance environment because this activities requires fast and coordinated reaction, as a high organized mindset.
* At least 2 years experience of working in logistics, as a coordinator or as a technical writer
* Are fluent in English, both in speaking and writing, since you will be working in an international environment
* Have good communication skills
* Have good knowledge in Excel
We are extra interested if you:
* Have a background of Electric or Electronic
* Speaks italian
