Business Systems Analyst

Your mission 
You will be consulting and facilitating selection of system.

As the professional in your field, we will rely on you with implementation of systems, its integration, assimilation into the organization.

Continuous support, governance and compliance of system would be important part of your daily tasks.

Your expertise will enhance quality of products and services.

Improvement of key process in an organization.

Drive digital transformation as the process of shifting our organization from a legacy approach to new ways of working and thinking using digital, social, mobile and emerging technologies.

Your profile 
Expertise and experience in manufacturing, engineering and marketing applications is a must.

Experience with one of the systems: ERP system Infor M3, PLM system Siemens Teamcenter Manufacturing, CRM system Cincom or ME system Visual Factory (or similar) is a must.

Hands on experience in process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency, and effectiveness.

Understands the workflow and process requirements of complex application systems.

Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex applications.

Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools.

Display and execute logical and complex troubleshooting methods.

Excellent verbal, written communication, and negotiations skills.

Demonstrated soft skills required such as presentation of ideas and clearly articulate the concepts to senior management.

Ability to effectively interface with technical and non technical staff at all organizational levels.

Strong customer services and problem-solving skills.

Location and travel
Location for this role is flexible within the Epiroc IT HUB locations:  
e.g. Örebro (SWE). Travelling up to 10 %.
