The ambition for the team is to increase the volume of used cars sold to our customers, by focusing on our area to grow and contribute to building on this successful journey.
As a Business Analyst Used Car Wholesale and Retail Systems, you will take a leading role in driving continuous improvement and evolution of the Used Car Wholesale and Retail business applications. You will join a highly interesting and complex area of Remarketing that has significant importance for the company. You will help Volvo Cars to improve the operational efficiency of Remarketing operations and presentation of the used cars on the used car inventory websites. You will work in an international environment to drive innovation and adoption of the systems that drive our business.
What you will do:
You will be responsible for driving innovation of the Used Car Wholesale and Retail applications and improving our online storefronts.
Your responsibilities include:
• Work closely with business managers in different markets, using the application, suppliers, and in-house departments such as IT, Finance, Sales, Aftersales
• Develop business requirements and secure continued evolution of the Used Car Systems, prioritize requirements in the backlog to support business initiatives across the company, maximizing the value of the investment
• Facilitate system rollouts to new markets, Drive implementation projects in cooperation with Volvo’s suppliers, partners, markets, and other internal stakeholders
• Facilitate usage of new initiatives and features by key stakeholders in the markets. Foster knowledge management between key stakeholders
• Measurement and optimization of the performance of the used car systems and sites run by markets based on common KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) defined globally
Do you fit the profile?
We are looking for you with experience in managing business applications in the automotive business for a distributor, manufacturer, or dealer group level. You have knowledge of operations management, digital marketing, and key metrics.
You also have:
• University degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent.
• Over 3 years working experience in the international setting as a business application manager, product owner, or project manager.
• Strong business acumen and analytical ability.
• Knowledge of BI-tools, web-analytics services.
• Candidates with technical understanding in domains of integration and web development would have an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English-written and spoken.
