We are seeking a Business & System Analyst to work with our versatile, dynamic and global team, which is a part of the Commercial and Digital (C&D) Domain!
To succeed in this role, it is important that you have an understanding for the technical parts of a system (i.e. digital solutions). You should also enjoy meeting the stakeholders to understand their need and you explain the solutions in an understandable way. In order to do so you need to understand the stakeholder needs and detailed business requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements.
We believe you have been working with an agile setup, preferable in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment and you hold a deep understanding of the digital business. You enjoy and have experience from working in a global organization with cross-functional teams and many stakeholders.
For this role we believe that you bring:
• A few years working experience in Business analysis in relation to digital solutions, preferably in relation to relevant business processes
• Preferable experience within Digital marketing area, any of Content management system (CMS), Marketing communication, Loyalty and Identity management solutions, but you could also bring knowledge from other digital products or platforms

In this role you will get the perfect mix of business and IT. You will be analyzing and understanding the stakeholders and end-user’s needs and translate these needs into technical solutions. You will be working in a global setup with close collaboration to local teams in order to meet the needs of the different markets.
Your mission is to identify improvements by analyzing, challenging and documenting business requirements, use cases, user stories, test cases & acceptance criteria, boundary conditions, etc. You will facilitate the identification and elaboration of feasible solutions for process, organization and service with business modelling, while managing expectations among the stakeholders.
Furthermore, you will:
• Challenge and assure quality of stakeholder needs, business requirements and solution alternatives in order to identify consequences and reduce risks.
• Support in design activities, validation/test & configuration management
• Support project management in setting up a business analysis approach that is appropriate for the chosen project approach. Support architecture in creation of business blueprint and managing dependencies relating to processes, information and platforms
• Support with definition and validation of high level & low level design for business development activities (project & releases) in cooperation with architecture and vendor resources
• Validate compliance of business requirements through the service validation/test & configuration management processes execution by the IT suppliers, review test results, follow-up and steer on defined test KPIs/metrics. Support user acceptance test planning, preparation & execution, including test case definition and drive acceptance;
• Contribute to the creation of documentation in co-operation with process/business teams and IT suppliers. Contribute to the creation of the ‘learning offer’ for the platform including training materials and delivery of training
In this role you will report to our Platform Area Manager. The position will be based in Malmö, Sweden.
