Our continued growth has created opportunities for a Business Systems Analyst within the area of Human Capital Management.The position reports to the Securitas Direct international IT department and will be based in our Malmö headquarters.The role will involve working closely with HR professionals in different countries, so European travel is to be expected.Goal .Proactively assist the business in defining the business processes necessary to achieve business objectives in the area of Human Capital Management .Select, develop, implement and administer software applications to support the defined business processes .Ensure that current and future business requirements are analysed and documented Responsibilities .Analyse and develop system requirements and establish system specifications by consulting with management, administration and technical staff and external consultants .Establish requirements leading to major systems and subsystems selection and development .Work with business to ensure continuous improvement of all HR systems and processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and quality; undertaking data analysis and reporting from the HR systems .Estimate costs of systems and/or system changes, and prepare cost-benefit analyses, definitions and schedules for management approval .Coordinate and undertake the preparation of software manuals and operation guides; system testing; provide advice, 2nd line support & training for local users on current systems; support ongoing development of workflows and relevant process mapping in rollout of any new system Highly ranked experience .B.S.degree in Business, Engineering or Management Information Systems .Minimum three years of experience within Human Capital Management .Experience with systems like PeopleSoft is highly desired .The ideal candidate will be an experienced Business Analyst who has either worked within a HR department in the past or who has come from a HR background .Knowledge of UML (Unified Modelling Language) and experience in mapping business processes utilising Visio is valued .Excellent communication and problem solving skills .Excellent spoken and written English An attractive salary and pension package is offered.Please note that your application must be in english.
