ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Business Systems Specialist you support, develop and configure applications and integrations in our business system landscape. The responsibility area of the role includes support and development of business systems as well as it also covers developing, troubleshooting and maintaining integrations, SharePoint applications, layout tools for documents, and more. Mainly standard systems and add-on systems is in scope but also some internally developed systems. This role is based at the Nederman global headquarters in Helsingborg, as part of the Business Systems Group, an international team with colleagues in different time zones.

WHO ARE YOU?

To take on this role you need to enjoy working in teams, support your colleagues and manage communication and collaboration with colleagues and partners in English. You need experience of IT application support from similar roles, working with business processes and systems, ERP and add-on systems. Taking on knowledge in new systems and other areas is probably something that triggers your curiosity.

Nederman uses mainly business systems Dynamics AX and IFS Application, Dynamics 365 CRM and BI solutions, various business applications in SharePoint, integrations and locally developed business applications. Having this in mind, you need to have skills in SQL, scripting and relational databases, and good understanding in Microsoft development tools as well as insight in the Azure platform. Also, you are familiar with ITIL processes and have good understanding of application components, such as web-applications, services and integrations plus awareness of IT infrastructure. Experiences of mentions systems (Dynamics AX/365 CRM and IFS) or other integrated ERP systems are meritorious.
