Tobii Dynavox’s IT Department is a corporate function that supports around 500 passionate Tobiians all over the globe every day. Focus within the team lies today on ERP, CRM, PDM and Office 365.
The role and responsibilities
Tobii Dynavox´s new Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting one or more of Tobii Dynavox's enterprise applications. This includes not only the day-to-day operation, but also improvements and implementation of new functionality. As Tobii continues to grow there are opportunities to manage the implementation of new applications.
You will
Enable Tobii Dynavox's business by providing outstanding service and high quality enterprise applications.
Manage the Change, Testing, and Deployment for upgrades, new custom functionality, and configuration changes.
Define and create functionality improvements
Drive the development of Tobii Dynavox's new business processes and the improvement of existing ones.
Manage supplier relationship for some of Tobii Dynavox's software and consulting partners.



We are looking for
This position would be ideal if you have worked in an IT support role and want to develop your career in a more business-oriented direction. Or, you might have strong user skills in business applications and business processes and a longing for developing your career in a more technical direction?

It is a merit if you also have ERP, CRM or other business applications experience (either in a super-user or system administration role).
